SK on top, eSahara out on round diff.

SK Gaming and Anexis have advanced further into the tournament, while Electronic Sahara are out based on round difference.

Group A is the second group of MSI BEAT IT 2011 that has come to conslusion, with SK Gaming topping the standings with their nine points. The second team to go through is Anexis with four points.

The two teams to bow out are ColdGame, who qualified through the on-site qualifier, and French team Electronic Sahara, with the latter dropping out because of their round difference to Anexis.

Although eSahara put up a better fight against SK than what Anexis did, the Danes managed to fend off ColdGame with a 16-0 scoreline, which provided them with the better round difference.

The two players from SK Gaming who really left an impression were Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström, the team's in-game leader, and Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, both showing outstanding performance.

Statistically speaking, Dahlström was SK Gaming's best player in their first and last matches of the group stage. He is also the player with the best average rating overall so far at the event.

In the team's second encounter, against eSahara, Lindberg was a one-man army, displaying 21 kills and three deaths. That was 60% better than the team's average rating for that match.

Anexis, on the other hand, did not have anything as impressive as SK Gaming to show for. One of their players, Thomas "BEECK" Beeck, had a few crucial moments he handled quite well, though.

With this out of the way, SK Gaming will take on Natus Vincere in the quarterfinals, which will be one-to-watch. Anexis will try their luck against fnatic in their next match-up of the tournament.
